Ed Luther and his wife Gail are the senior pastors of Sunshine City Church.

Ed has a huge vision to see the Grace of God spread throughout the nations of the world and a desire to see people prospering in all areas of life. His passion is to see Gods Word alive and at work in people's lives.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, USA, Ed holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Western Michigan University, a Diploma of Ministry and Biblical Studies from Rhema Bible Training Centre, Tulsa, and has a Corporate Business and Finance Background.

In November 1985, following the call of God, Ed travelled to Australia to preach where he met his wife Gail. In 1989 they moved permanently to Australia and now live on the Sunshine Coast with their son Mitchel.

He regularly preaches in Europe, America, Africa and Asia and has planted a church in Russia and Australia.

Description:	Home with a heart is a hands on homemaking school that will help you to get organized develop routines to stay in control of your home. In this course you will cover cooking, cleaning, organizing, budgeting, parenting, time for mom, hobbies, home business and job search. A great chance to meet other moms and build supportive relationships. Fall homemaking school begins Thursday September 29. 6:30-8:30. and runs until Dec 8. Pastor Barry has brought his experience of 10 years of fulltime ministry to help equip the community @ CPC. He served eight of those years as a youth pastor in Kirksville, Mo and in Kansas City, Mo.

Pastor Barry equips the community @ CPC with the oversight of a variety of ministries.

SENIOR PASTOR

Pastor Newby has served as the Senior Pastor of CPC since 1974. Pastor and his wife Eunice had pastored a congregation in Arizona and in Oklahoma before making their move to Kansas City. They have two daughters and six grandchildren.

Pastor has served in a number of local, district, and national offices of the Assemblies of God. He is currently the Assistant Superintendent of the Southern Missouri District and a General Presbyter of the U.S. Assemblies of God.

Pastor has a strong desire to see people walk in the full purpose that they were created for. His leadership and vision are key in making CPC the loving community that they are.
